READ TOURNAMENT COACHES CHECKLIST PRIOR TO TEAM REGISTRATION ON FRIDAY NIGHT! Team Registration: If you did not get your registration paperwork in so we receive it by Saturday Aug. 22nd, 2009 in the mail. Then those teams must Register at the Festival Friday night September 4th 6-9pm at the Main tent at the Lily Cache Sports Complex. Teams must register with their player cards no less than 45 minutes before their first match at the tournament headquarters. Teams must supply the following at registration: 1) Submit a copy of the IYSA Tournament Roster Form click here. 2) Show State approved player passes which will be matched against its roster. 3) Submit a copy of their local USYSA state organization player roster. 4) Submit a copy IYSA Medical Release Form click here for each player 5) Submit Guest Player Permit Form,click here max. (3) per team Player passes will be checked by the field marshall! Players will not be allowed to play on more than one team during the tournament!
