Bolingbrook Soccer Club Travel Program Refund Policy

The following refund policy will be effective immediately:

The Bolingbrook Soccer Club (BSC) will not issue a refund of any money to a player that voluntarily leaves the BSC travel program.  In addition, a player who voluntarily leaves the program will not have their player pass released to them until all unpaid fees have been received by the Director of Traveling.  This includes any fees owed to the BSC (uniform, league fees, trainer fees, etc) or additional fees the team collects for activities (additional tournaments, indoor season, etc.) not paid for by the BSC.  The BSC travel registration fees for teams that play both the fall and the spring seasons are for the entire year (i.e. 2nd payment due in October must be paid even if the player leaves the club after the Fall season).

If the final payment of fees to BSC is paid by cash then a player’s league pass will be released immediately.  However, if final fees are paid in whole or part by check then player pass will be released after a 30-day waiting period.

The only exception to this policy will be for a player injury in which the injury prevents the player from participating in part of all of a season.  A season is defined as either the fall or the spring season.  The refund amount will be determined by the Director of Traveling (with approval by the BSC Executive Board) and will be based on the number of games a player will miss due to the injury.
