Traveling - Getting the rosters set and moving players from in-house to traveling. Team camps have field spaced reserved the week after British camp. |

BAC Review -
No meeting this month. Field walk with the Park District next Monday (7/21). Park District did a special treatment to the centers strips of all of the "old" fields (30-40 yards down the middle per field). Basically bore 8" holes in the entire area and filled with special seed and fertilizer. The intent is to make the root so deep that the turf will not died due to trappling. |

Board member comments - Noreen - Nothing Paul - Continuing to look at trophies. Kathleen Cline - Will we have 2 concessions stands? We can do either since we have 2 hot dog machines and 2 cheese heaters. Main concerns is with extra frig/freezer would be required (and they must be comercial grade). Michelle - British camp issue with extra BPD fees is not an issue, no extra fees. Just need to file the field request. Matt - Nothing John Sidman - Fields are resreved for the camp and we can reserve an additional park if we would like (just not Indian Boundary). When will we have a finalized list of players for Fall in-house and Travel (soonest is the 2nd week of the season). Tournament currently has 7 non-Bolingbrook teams signed up so far. Need to get coaches to go out and contact other teams with an invitation to play. Matt - Nothing Bill - Nothing Ellen Landell - Translation of forms into Spanish is an issue because of legal concerns with "forms". That is, we must pay for translation of a form. Hopefully the IYSA already has a copy of the medical waiver form in Spanish. |
